主要统计指标解释

 

艺术表演团体  由文化部门主办或实行行业管理(经文化市场行政部门审批或已申报登记并领取相关许可证),专门从事表演艺术等活动的各类专业艺术表演团体,含民间职业剧团。如话剧团、方言话剧团、滑稽剧团、儿童剧团、歌剧团、木偶团、皮影团等以及由若干剧种组成的综合性专业艺术表演团体。不包括半工半艺、半农半艺的剧团。

艺术表演场 指由文化部门主办或实行行业管理(经文化市场行政部门审批或已申报登记并领取相关许可证),有观众席、舞台、灯光设备,公开售票、专供文艺团体演出的文化活动场所。包括剧院(场)、音乐厅、歌剧院(场)、舞剧院(场)、话剧院()、戏院、马戏场、影剧院等进行文艺表演的场所。不包括电影院、礼堂、体育场馆、美术馆及绘画、雕塑等艺术馆。

广播人口覆盖率  指根据国家广电总局制定的《广播电视人口覆盖率统计技术标准和方法》进行统计调查的,在对象区内采用无线、有线、卫星等技术手段能够收听到包括中央、省、地市、县广播节目其中任意一套的人口数占全省总人口数的百分比。

电视人口覆盖率  指根据国家广电总局制定的《广播电视人口覆盖率统计技术标准和方法》进行统计调查的,在对象区内采用无线、有线、卫星等技术手段能够收看到包括中央、省、地市、县级电视节目中任意一套的人口数占全省总人口数的百分比。

    旅游人数

(1)入境旅游人数    指报告期内来我国观光、度假、探亲访友、就医疗养、购物、参加会议或从事经济、文化、体育、宗教活动的外国人、港澳台同胞等入境游客。统计时,外国人、港澳台同胞每入境一次统计1人次。

(2)出境人数    指中国(大陆)居民因公或因私出境前往其他国家、中国香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区和台湾省观光、度假、探亲访友、就医疗养、购物、参加会议或从事经济、文化、体育、宗教活动的人数,即出境游客。统计时,按每出境一次统计1人次。

(3)国内旅游人数    指在报告期内在中国(大陆)观光游览、度假、探亲访友、就医疗养、购物、参加会议或从事经济、文化、体育、宗教活动的中国(大陆)居民人数,其出游的目的不是通过所从事的活动谋取报酬。统计时,国内游客按每出游一次统计1人次。

国际旅游(外汇)收入   指入境游客在中国(大陆)境内旅行、游览过程中用于交通、参观游览、住宿、餐饮、购物、娱乐等全部花费。

国内旅游收入   又称旅游总花费指国内游客在国内旅行、游览过程中用于交通、参观游览、住宿、餐饮、购物、娱乐等全部花费。

国际旅行社   指经营业务范围包括入境旅游业务、出境旅游业务和国内旅游业务的旅行社

国内旅行社   指经营范围仅限于国内旅游业务的旅行社。

星级饭店   指设备、设施、服务符合《旅游饭店星级的划分与评定》(GB/T14308-2003),通过相关旅游管理部门评定,并取得星级饭店称号的饭店(含预备星级饭店)。

 

 

Explanatory Notes on Main Statistical Indicators

 

Arts Performance Troupes refer to the various professional performing arts groups, which sponsored by the cultural sectors or guided by the cultural society (approved by the cultural market administration, or registered and permitted with the relative certificate), including non-governmental troupes, such as drama troupes, dialect troupes, comedy troupes, children troupes, Opera troupes, puppetry troupes, Shadowgraph troupes, etc., comprehensive professional arts performance troupes. The semi-working and semi-farming arts troupes are not included.

Arts Performance Places   refer to the various sites for cultural activities, which sponsored by the cultural sectors or guided by the cultural society (approved by the cultural market administration, or registered and permitted with the relative certificate), with the facility of auditorium, stage, and lighting, and selling tickets in public, specially performed by arts troupes, including theatre, concert halls, opera halls, dance halls, drama halls, cinemas, circus fields, and other showplaces for the performing arts. The cinemas, auditoriums, stadiums, and arts museums, such as art galleries, painting houses, sculpture houses, are not included.

Radio Coverage of Population refers to the percentage of population, which can listen to one of central, provincial, city, prefecture, and county radio programs by wireless, cable, satellite and other technical means, in the surveying area, to national total population, according to Statistical Standard and Method on Television and Radio Coverage of Population established by the State Administration of Broadcasting, Film and Television.

Television Coverage of Population refers to the percentage of population, which can watch one of central, provincial, city, prefecture, and county television programs by wireless, cable, satellite and other technical means, in the surveying area, to national total population, according to Statistical Standard and Method on Television and Radio Coverage of Population established by the State Administration of Broadcasting, Film and Television.

Number of Tourists   

(1) Visitor arrivals   refer to the number of foreigners, Chinese compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Chinese (mainland) who come to China (mainland) for sight-seeing, vacation, visiting relatives, medical treatment, shopping, attending conference, or to engage in economic, cultural, sports and religious activities. In compiling statistics, each time of entering China is counted as one person-time.

(2) Number of Chinese residents going abroad   refer to the number of Chinese (mainland) residents going to other countries, Hong Kong Special Administrative region, Macao Special Administrative region and Taiwan for on official or private purposes, for sight-seeing, vacation, visiting relatives, medical treatment, shopping, attending conference, or to engage in economic, cultural, sports and religious activities. In compiling statistics, each time of leaving is counted as one person-time.

 (3) Number of domestic tourists   refers to the number of Chinese (mainland) residents who travel within China (mainland) for sight-seeing, vacation, visiting relatives, medical treatment, shopping, attending conference, or to engage in economic, cultural, sports and religious activities. In compiling statistics, each time of travelling is counted as one person-time.

Foreign Exchange Earnings from International Tourism       refer to the total expenditure of foreigners, overseas Chinese, Chinese compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan during their stay in the mainland of China on transportation, sighting, accommodation, food, shopping and entertainment.

Income from Domestic Tourism    refer to expenditure of domestic tourists on transportation, sighting, accommodation, food, shopping and entertainment while they travel.

International Travel Agencies       refer to travel agencies engaged in tourism entering China, Chinese residents going abroad and domestic tourism.

Domestic Travel Agencies       refer to travel agencies only engaged in domestic tourism.

Star-rated Hotels      refer to hotels rated with stars as assessed by the relevant tourism authorities according to GB/T14308-2003 standard with reference to their infrastructure, facilities and service levels.
