主要统计指标解释
进出口总额 指实际进出我国国境的货物总金额。包括对外贸易实际进出口货物,来料加工装配进出口货物,国家间、联合国及国际组织无偿援助物资和赠送品,华侨、港澳台同胞和外籍华人捐赠品,租赁期满归承租人所有的租赁货物,进料加工进出口货物,边境地方贸易及边境地区小额贸易进出口货物(边民互市贸易除外),中外合资企业、中外合作经营企业、外商独资经营企业进出口货物和公用物品,到、离岸价格在规定限额以上的进出口货样和广告品(无商业价值、无使用价值和免费提供出口的除外),从保税仓库提取在中国境内销售的进口货物,以及其他进出口货物。该指标可以观察一个国家在对外贸易方面的总规模。我国规定出口货物按离岸价格统计,进口货物按到岸价格统计。
商品经营单位所在地进、出口额 指在所在地海关注册登记的有进出口经营权的企业实际进、出口额。
商品目的地进口额和商品货源地出口额 目的地进口额指进口货物的消费、使用或最终抵运地的实际进口额;货源地出口额指出口货物的产地或原始发货地的实际出口额。
利用外资 指我国各级政府、部门、企业和其他经济组织通过对外借款、吸收外商直接投资以及用其他方式筹措的境外现汇、设备、技术等。
外商直接投资 指外国企业和经济组织或个人(包括华侨、港澳台胞以及我国在境外注册的企业)按我国有关政策、法规,用现汇、实物、技术等在我国境内开办外商独资企业、与我国境内的企业或经济组织共同举办中外合资经营企业、合作经营企业或合作开发资源的投资(包括外商投资收益的再投资),以及经政府有关部门批准的项目投资总额内企业从境外借入的资金。
外商其他投资 指除对外借款和外商直接投资以外的各种利用外资的形式。包括企业在境内外股票市场公开发行的以外币计价的股票(目前主要是在香港证券市场发行的H股和在境内证券市场发行的B股)发行价总额,国际租赁进口设备的应付款,补偿贸易中外商提供的进口设备、技术、物料的价款,加工装配贸易中外商提供的进口设备、物料的价款。
游客:指任何为休闲、娱乐、观光、度假、探亲访友、就医疗养、购物、参加会议或从事经济、文化、体育、宗教活动,离开常住国(或常住地)到其他国家(或地方),其连续停留时间不超过12个月,并且在其他国家(或其他地方)的主要目的不是通过所从事的活动获取报酬的人。游客不包括因工作或学习在两地有规律往返的人。
旅游人数
(1)入境旅游人数:指报告期内来我国观光、度假、探亲访友、就医疗养、购物、参加会议或从事经济、文化、体育、宗教活动的外国人、港澳台同胞等入境游客。统计时,外国人、港澳台同胞每入境一次统计1人次。
(2)出境人数:指中国(大陆)居民因公或因私出境前往其他国家、中国香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区和台湾省观光、度假、探亲访友、就医疗养、购物、参加会议或从事经济、文化、体育、宗教活动的人数,即出境游客。统计时,按每出境一次统计1人次。
(3)国内旅游人数:指在报告期内在中国(大陆)观光游览、度假、探亲访友、就医疗养、购物、参加会议或从事经济、文化、体育、宗教活动的中国(大陆)居民人数,其出游的目的不是通过所从事的活动谋取报酬。统计时,国内游客按每出游一次统计1人次。
国内一日游游客:指国内居民离开惯常居住地
旅游收入:游客(入境游客和国内游客)在旅游过程中(由游客或游客的代表为游客)支付的一切旅游支出就是国家(省、区、市)的旅游收入。旅游支出应包括过夜游客和一日游游客在整个游程中行、游、住、食、购、娱,以及为亲友、家人购买纪念品、礼品等方面的旅游支出,不包括为商业目的购物、购买房、地、车、船等资本性或交易性的投资、馈赠亲友的现金及给公共机构的捐赠。旅游收入包括国际旅游(外汇)收入和国内旅游收入。
国际旅游(外汇)收入 指入境游客在中国(大陆)境内旅行、游览过程中用于交通、参观游览、住宿、餐饮、购物、娱乐等全部花费。
国内旅游收入 又称旅游总花费指国内游客在国内旅行、游览过程中用于交通、参观游览、住宿、餐饮、购物、娱乐等全部花费。
旅行社 是指从事招徕、组织、接待旅游者等活动,为旅游者提供相关旅游服务,开展国内旅游业务、入境旅游业务或者出境旅游业务的企业法人。许可经营出境旅游业务的旅行社,简称出境组团社。
国际旅行社 指经营业务范围包括入境旅游业务、出境旅游业务和国内旅游业务的旅行社。
国内旅行社 指经营范围仅限于国内旅游业务的旅行社。
星级饭店 指设备、设施、服务符合《旅游饭店星级的划分与评定》(GB/T14308-2003),通过相关旅游管理部门评定,并取得星级饭店称号的饭店(含预备星级饭店)。
客房出租率:
指报告期内客房实际出租间夜数除以报告期内客房可供出租间夜数的百分数。其计算公式为:客房出租率(%)=客房实际出租间夜数(间夜) /客房可供出租间夜数(间夜)*100
Explanatory Notes on Main Statistical Indicators
Total Imports and
Exports at Customs refer to the real value of commodities imported and
exported across the border of
Import Export Value by
Location of China’s Foreign Trade Managing Units refers to actual value of
imports and exports carried out by corporations which have been registered by
the local Customs house and are vested with right to run import export
business.
Import Value of Commodities
by Place of Destination and Export Value of Commodities by Place of Origin in
Utilization of
Foreign Capitals refers to remittance, equipment and
technology financed from abroad, by loans, foreign direct investment and other
forms undertaken by the Chinese governments at all levels, by various
departments, enterprises and other economic units.
Foreign
Borrowings refer to funds borrowed from abroad through formal
signing of borrowing agreements with foreign institutions, including loans of
foreign governments, loans of international financial institutions, commercial
loans of foreign banks, export credit, and funds raised by Chinese bonds (and
shares before 1996) issued abroad. It is an important part of
Foreign Direct
Investment refers to the investments inside China by
foreign enterprises and economic organizations or individuals (including
overseas Chinese, compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and Chinese
enterprises registered abroad), following the relevant policies and laws of
China, for the establishment of ventures exclusively with foreign own
investment, Sino-foreign joint ventures and cooperative enterprises or for
co-operative exploration of resources with enterprises or economic
organizations in China. It includes the re- investment of the foreign
entrepreneurs with the profits gained from the investment and the funds that
enterprises borrow from abroad in the total investment of projects which are
approved by the relevant department of the government.
Other Foreign
Investment refers to all forms of utilization of foreign capitals
other than foreign borrowings and foreign direct investment. It includes the
total value of stock shares in foreign currencies issued by enterprises at
domestic or foreign stock exchanges (now mainly consisting of H shares issued
at Hong Kong Security Market and B shares issued at domestic security markets),
rent payable for the imported equipment through international leasing
arrangement, cost of imported equipment, technology and materials provided by
foreign counterparts in compensation trade and processing and assembly trade.
Number of
Tourists
(1) Visitor arrivals
refer to the number of foreigners, Chinese compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao
and Taiwan Chinese (mainland) who come to China (mainland) for sight-seeing,
vacation, visiting relatives, medical treatment, shopping, attending
conference, or to engage in economic, cultural, sports and religious
activities. In compiling statistics, each time of entering

residents going to other countries, Hong Kong Special
Administrative region, Macao Special Administrative region and Taiwan for on
official or private purposes, for sight-seeing, vacation, visiting relatives,

cultural, sports and religious activities. In compiling statistics, each time
of leaving is counted as one person-time.
(3) Number of domestic tourists refers to
the number of Chinese (mainland) residents who travel within
Foreign Exchange
Earnings from International Tourism refer to the total
expenditure of foreigners, overseas Chinese, Chinese compatriots from Hong
Kong, Macao and Taiwan during their stay in the mainland of China on
transportation, sighting, accommodation, food, shopping and entertainment.
Income from Domestic Tourism refers to expenditure of
domestic tourists on transportation, sighting, accommodation, food, shopping
and entertainment while they travel.
International Travel
Agencies refer to travel agencies engaged in
tourism entering

Agencies refer to travel agencies only
engaged in domestic tourism.
Star-rated Hotels refer to hotels rated with stars as
assessed by the relevant tourism authorities according to GB/T14308-2003
standard with reference to their infrastructure, facilities and service levels.
